Support was there when I needed a little help. The chat with support feature worked perfectly, I got someone helpful who forwarded on my issue to the tech team to take a look. I found my fix while they were also taking a look, but it was very helpful to just have someone responsive to help me out. Thanks Shanna!

Update - Dec 2021 - We contacted the developers and asked if the "B2B Checkout Button" could be moved next to the normal checkout options as some of our customers were missing it, not only were they happy to do this, they did it at no cost and the work was completed within 48 hours. Great service guys. I have installed this app plus their lock and order form options to enable us to create a more effective multinational B2B site All 3 of the apps work fine out of the box and the small amount of "Development" that I wanted extra was completed quickly and at a very good price. I also used them to do some additional development of a app that is not developed by them and whilst that did take a little longer to get right, they always responded quickly and were able to do exactly what I wanted I would be happy to recommend both the apps and then developer options Update March 2022 - we again requested some changes to the look and view of parts of the App, this time the sign up form, and within 24 hours all completed exactly as requested

This app on premise offers everything we want however we experienced some issues after starting our trial. We invited a staff member as per instructions but did not hear nothing for some days, when we managed to get the installation completed the installer had reversed changes we had made on our theme. Eventually I got notice the install was completed and those changes were reverted on the theme they were working on but unfortunately the theme did not reflect those changes and the wholesale app still did not work.

Great Support! Had one or two issues, but they all got fixed within 1-2 Days. Would recommend 2 everybody who searches for a wholesale solution!

I am just finishing up my trials of the full suite from these guys. They have been very good to deal with. Done some theme customizations for me that have made things run smoothly. Quite pleased with the transition thus far and as I said happy with the customer service and ability to work directly with my requests.

We began to use this app to offer Purchase Order Option to our clients. The customer service team is responsive and immediately apply some minor customization for us for the Purchase Order Form. The technical support team is also really friendly and patient. They address all our custom needs with patience. Majority of the customization were done without any fee. In overall, a successful app. With some minor touch up, the app will serve perfect. I definitely recommend Wholesale Pricing Discount.

Currently in the Trial Period and we are liking what we are seeing so far. Integration was smooth with a few kinks, but Support has been very quick to respond and address our issues.

App works but has limited functionalities for e.g. incl. or excl. VAT prices, VAT validation, compiling bundles. Nice to start with but too light for a wholesale store operating in more then 1 country. Support is not that great to work with. Jumping to conclusions before analysing the real problem.

As a wholesaler, this app is very helpful to differ retail and wholesale prices. The customer support is outstanding as well. Quick response and technical support.

We first tried to make a b2b webshop with another platform but found out that that wasn't ok for us. So we went to shopify and found the apps of Wholesale Helper. These are great apps working very well for us. The team is great; they are always very much willing to help and are able to solve the issues we had and customization we needed for our webshop. So many compliments for them!

Haven't put the app in use yet, but setting up is pretty easy. Layout is simple and functional unlike many others I have tried. The Tech team are very helpful and can make changes to customise your needs at a fair price. For the price I think this app is the best one out there. If you are just getting into wholesale, look no further.

This is the go to app if you want wholesale pricing as well as customer terms plus it also works well with other wholesale app from the same developer. Highly recommend this app and the support has been very helpful.

Essentially besides being used as a wholesale tool, it is a great tool to group customers at different discount levels basically acting as a loyalty feature... PERFECT!
