I am totally satisfied with the bulk discount app. what's more important to me though is when I need help; the customer service is awesome. Rather than like most developers they actually offer to go into your store and make any modifications to the code that are necessary. This is huge because we're not web developers, we just sell stuff. Having them be able to fix or modify or check the code on their end saves us valuable time, saves us from making code errors, and shows a truly authentic "caring" for their customers. When all other things are equal, choose these guys. You'll thank me later that you did.

I installed the app, followed all the installation instructions and prices got all messed up on the cart page. Customer support was useless and slow, I had to uninstall the app.

Great app! Nice customer support. I was having trouble about adding code/reviewing code on the Themes section. But contacting the support team make my life easier. I couldn't have installed the app well without their support. Thank you hulk team, I really appreciate what you guys did.

Straight up awesome! Couldn't get the app to work as intended with the debut theme, and asked for a few adjustments in the apperance - no problem at all, it was fixed within 24 hours. Amazing customer support for a free app, that even works just as well as the $15-20 ones with same functionality. Really recommend!!!

I was happily surprised to find a 100% free app that did exactly what I wanted to do. It's simple, yet gets the job done by allowing you to give lower prices on an item when people buy it in bulk and display the discount clearly to your customers.

Very easy to install and customise, but I needed help with positioning the table on the product page and support took care of it. Very pleased by how useful this app is.

All codes there. Went throug all codes and set up al items. Attached it to a whole collection. Doesn’t do anything to reduce the price either per item nor multiple item per collection. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Also, app is only blanket for all customers. Conditions can only be product based. No tag based conditions or anything.

I am having customers who use Internet Explorer complain they cannot check out. I reached out to Shopify for help and they advised it was this app. I reached out to Hulk's support and they said "I would like to inform you that our application doesn't function well with IE browser as it doesn't supports the latest version of JQuery." I have customers leaving without purchasing because they can't checkout. Just letting anyone who have customers using Internet Explorer to be cautious using HulkApps products.

The app works great! I had installed the "Simple" theme and it was flawless. But then I switched to "Debut" and I had problems getting the app to work. I contacted support and within a few days they had fixed everything. It works great now! For a free app they have a good service. Thanks guys!

I recently downloaded this app to try on my store. At first I couldn't get it to work, so I contacted the developers for some assistance. They responded very quickly and ironed out the problem in no-time. Sometimes apps and software just don't work as expected, and that's ok. What matters is good customer service, and Hulk Apps definitely deliver. Please give their apps a try, and don't hesitate to ask them for help or giving them a well deserved review. I wasn't thrilled with this app at first. It makes some pretty significant code changes immediately on being installed, which I wish I was warned about, because not only was my theme not backed up, but it broke several features as well! It was days before I realized my photo galleries were broken. I had to undo the changes by following the installation guide in reverse, luckily this worked. A warning about all the code changes would've been appreciated so I could back up my theme first at least. Test everything on your store after installing to be sure! On the other hand once I got ahold of the development team they cheerfully made all the fixes I needed for free! So five stars for that effort. The app is javascript heavy so it's difficult to make changes as an amateur. Their interface is great! The app does everything I need it to.
