Holy cow! How bad can be a translation? Where do I change to english instead of this crappy portuguese ?!

Amazing app! Allows clear view of what discounts are. Easy to use. Customer services team have been brilliant in helping to get it implemented on the site and also make some minor changes to the displays. I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it works great. My customers really LOVE have a tiered discount automatically applied to their shopping cart. Due to me having a custom Shopify theme I have had to call upon support a few times and they have been super professional and helped me "tweek" things in a very timely manner. The only thing that would make this app better would be a one-time fee and not $9.99 monthly. Thank you so much.

I just use this app to help me to automatically do the tiered discount for my web store. During the installation of this app, I needed some format adjustments that impact to my Shopify theme. I submitted the ticket to the team which they are very helpful, responsive, and professional. The problem could be quickly clarified and solved. It perfectly works now.

So far so good! This app has allowed our online wine shop to offer a discount on the amount of bottles purchased. The team have also been very helpful in responding to a couple of queries I had, I would highly recommend. Update 16/12/2020: I had an issue with the Volume & Tiered Discounts app caused by another new app. Despite this Deepa at Hulk apps was extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved and everything is back working fine again. Thank you!

We installed the app and works great. a few teething problems but their support was very fast and fixed for us.

I downloaded this app for BFCM, easy to install. I ended up not using it just because I didn’t need it anymore so I removed the app, had an issue and contacted the support they resolved my issue within an hour and were extremely helpful. Will be using this app again

This app used to work great, but I've had to get support "fix" this app not working no less than a dozen times. It went out again today on Black Friday of all days. Completely shot my Black Friday. I did half the sales of last year. Don't use it unless you want a huge constant headache.

This app did not meet my needs. I needed the app for one product but then needed to upgrade to a paid plan for the one small feature I needed. AND after I had removed it I found out by email that I had to go into my theme coding and manually remove code. This is above my skills and very risky with my store right before Christmas. I wish I would have know this before I installed it.

Really loved this app, does a lot of things even on Free Tier! I able to setup everything on my own as their documentation is quite easy to follow. Thumbs up to this app.

Support was somewhat slow but part of this was due to festive season, would be nice if there was a disclaimer stating this. None the less the team did resolve the issue and glad it is now working.

I started using this app because the reviews were so good about the customer service. I needed to enable multiple discounts for different products for a sale I was having on my store. This app made this so easy and the reviews are correct, customer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems I had. I love that they have a free option for more simple needs and the monthly price for the pro is also fair. I am so happy with this company and will be happy to try out any other apps of theirs if I ever need!

your app isn't working on 14 days trial. The discounts are not reflecting on the store i will have to uninstall it.
