Great Service and fast turn times. We needed some customization and they were extremely helpful in getting us up and going.

The HULK team is super efficient, great communication and very helpful. They have some awesome apps that don't give issues and they are also quick to help. This app can help with any type of discount structure that you need.

Amazing customer service!! I have a custom theme and apps are some times difficult to install. Reached out to their customer service department and within 5 min I received an email that they were working on a solution. After a couple hours the app was fully functional. I had to uninstall app unfortunately just because it was not suited for my purpose. However, I realised that I needed to remove the left over coding from my theme, and the team was so quick to help! They even followed up with me to check if the issue was resolved..! If the app was needed in my business, I will most definitely come back and do the business with you.

I use the free version and it increases aov. Great tech support when you have any issues. Recommended!

Customer services team have been brilliant in helping to get it implemented on the site and also make some minor changes to the displays. I've been using this app for about 6 months now and it works great. My customers really LOVE have a tiered discount automatically applied to their shopping cart. Due to me having a custom Shopify theme I have had to call upon support a few times and they have been super professional and helped me "tweek" things in a very timely manner. The only thing that would make this app better would be a one-time fee and not $9.99 monthly. Thank you so much.

I just use this app to help me to automatically do the tiered discount for my web store. During the installation of this app, I needed some format adjustments that impact to my Shopify theme. I submitted the ticket to the team which they are very helpful, responsive, and professional. The problem could be quickly clarified and solved. It perfectly works now.

So far so good! This app has allowed our online wine shop to offer a discount on the amount of bottles purchased. The team have also been very helpful in responding to a couple of queries I had, I would highly recommend. Update 16/12/2020: I had an issue with the Volume & Tiered Discounts app caused by another new app. Despite this Deepa at Hulk apps was extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved and everything is back working fine again. Thank you!

We installed the app and works great. a few teething problems but their support was very fast and fixed for us.

I downloaded this app for BFCM, easy to install. I ended up not using it just because I didn’t need it anymore so I removed the app, had an issue and contacted the support they resolved my issue within an hour and were extremely helpful. Will be using this app again

This app used to work great, but I've had to get support "fix" this app not working no less than a dozen times. It went out again today on Black Friday of all days. Completely shot my Black Friday. I did half the sales of last year. Don't use it unless you want a huge constant headache.

Really loved this app, does a lot of things even on Free Tier! I able to setup everything on my own as their documentation is quite easy to follow. Thumbs up to this app.
