I've been doing research for up-selling app for my ecommerce site for a while and finally choose to try out VITALS because it's 40 in 1 , sound convenient ! A big reason I install this app because of the Volume discount app. Gotta say it's easy to set up, you only need to click a few buttons to turn it on. However, unfortunately the volume discount is not displaying properly on my site. I've tried to contact them to fix this technical issue but all you can do is to send them email and wait. I've been waiting for 4 days already and still no one reply, i'm quite disappointed at the customer service team. While other app provide support via chat and you can at least talk to a cs, it's quite frustrated to wait for 4 days and still no reply :( ======== update: 13 Aug 2019- Change the rating to 5 stars because the team immediate help me to fix the problem after receiving my message . Really appreciate the help from Andrei and the team. See positive result from their Volume Discount app, it really does help my site to boost revenue. I would say this 40 in 1 is worth the price :)

This app has about 95% of anything you'll ever need and it still doesn't make my page feel too cluttered, I can't recommend it enough!! Also, the customer support is quick and friendly! I look forward to the team adding more features and continuing to improve!

Amazing customer support! Always helpful and super responsive.... walk me through everything and I never have to wait too long. Very very dependable customer support and whenever I email them I now I can get a response back very soon and a genuine attempt to help solve whatever problem I'm facing!

Super impressed so far, I have just set up the currency convertor, it was not difficult and it works like a dream :) Can't wait to try everything else. Can pretty much remove all my other apps.It is going to save me $ for sure.

I used this app and it really does everything I was looking for. The urgency timer, the product comparison, instagram displayed on my page. Having all apps in one place really keeps your website from slowing down for your customers. The customer service is great! I am a first shop owner and I have a lot of questions and need help clearing up a lot of confusion. When you reach out to them, I always get a quick response from them and they are so helpful with everything and resolved all my issues. I highly recommend this app to anybody who is looking to make their store look more professional and functional.

I use this App for so much it is hard to list it all. There are still a few gaps but I can not believe how much money I have saved using this app. When the Upsells is added to Vitals, it will be impossible to be beat. Great customer service, responsive to requests.

I have no idea why this app barely has any reviews and ratings compare to some of the other apps. This is by far the best I've ever used. Don't usually leave comments or reviews, but this app deserves it all. A++ to the creators and customer support. We all need good customer support for the apps we use. I don't mind paying more for something that actually works and have great customer support, not to mention the fact that you can use several apps all in one. Absolutely clever. Thank you for this.

OMG. I hate myself for only knowing about this app just days after paying 1 year for McAfee Secure and other funny apps. This is arguably the best app on Shopify. There is no room for 10 stars uh

Fantastic App. What I like mostly that all 40 aps take only couple of requests on the server, so Speed Loading time is Superb! Customer Service is responsive and helpful! Recommend this App 100%

This app is amazing! The day after I installed it I noticed a significant increase in sales! The support is fast and patient, I truly appreciate how they willingly take time to explain things to me, cheerfully! I have already recommended Vitals to two friends and they love it too! I was relieved at how easy/user friendly it was to install. Also delete apps that this can replace as it will significantly speed up your site. My biggest benefit; I now sell products in multiples (w/discount)due to this app: the other day I sold 6 of the same product/same order!! Without this app I would only be selling one at a time. Thank you Vitals this is the best app I have and honestly I would pay more for all it does!

I can't say enough good things about this app!! It has absolutely everything you need and more! And when you have some issue.. No problem, they will literally fix it for you in minutes! Seriously, get this app right now, you will not find anything that even comes close to this one..

i installed this app on recommendation by a colleague and boy is it worth it tonnes of apps for the price of 2 its a no brainer and easy to use.

I'm only using a small subset of the apps in this collection, but the ones I do use all appear to do what they are supposed to do. I will incorporate more of the apps into my store as I become more confident as a store owner. There are, of course, extra features in each app that I would like to see, and there are full apps that I think would do well under this umbrella collection, but luckily they have a wish list where you can vote on the things you want Vitals to do!
