I had some issues with the app at the beggining, but the support team was really helpful and now everything is working fine!

This app is hands down the best app to download in the Shopify App Store. For a very low price you get a bundle of apps that will do absolutely everything you need to customize and boost your Shopify store. You literally only need Vitals and you are good to go. Some features are basic, so perhaps you could use a more specialized app for that feature, but for the price you can’t beat Vitals. On top of that if you need any custom help they’ll help you out super fast!

I am really glad to have come across Vitals. When they say they have 40+ apps in 1 they really mean it. Not just that but their customer service is fast and efficient. They solved all the problems that I had. I would highly recommend you to install this app. Especially for beginners out there who don't wish to spend a lot of money on different apps.

Actually surprised at how helpful vitals are they are doing free work for me that a developer would’ve charged me a lot of money for and I barely even asked Costin the Customer Success Guru from vitals Has really cheered up my day because the stress I’ve been going through trying to deal with my site speed and analytics has been a real I’m in the park relaxing with my daughter I wish I could give 10 stars

I'm super happy that I found Vitals. It replaces a lot of apps I was using. The customer service is excellent. I can recommend vitals for anyone starting with their shop or looking to optimize their costs.

I literally cannot rate it better than 5 stars. What can you say, this app has it all, you get of the price of $29 - apps that will cost you $200+, plus you'll save a ton of speed as it's only one app, plus the customer service is beyond amazing!!!!!

THIS APP IS BADASS! First, let me tell you that I am not one to install an app into my website unless I do heavy research first. Currently, our website sits around the top 25,000 websites for traffic in the United States. Okay, I emailed these guys for support just to see how quick they might be and BAM 20 minutes later a response. Holy cow! What! 20 minutes. Okay, time to install, boom, I'm in playing with this app and trying out new features for the next 10 hours. There are virtually no flaws in anything I tried although I did decide to do a cart page after the install which for mobile works much better even with the sticky add to cart. I digress, this app is the bomb, I emailed and bugged support with questions and best roll out options for certain features at least 5 times! These guys are the real deal, responses so good that it almost makes you cry how good their service is. In the end I'm using almost 50% of the apps available. ROCK SOLID! If you have a shopify website and don't get this app well then you missed out on the best app on the Shopify app store, there's no contest! Thanks guys for making my website even more Badass! PS... we are going to install this app on our other business website.

Very satisfied with this app. Their features are good, but what's even better is their customer service. I can ask them anything, and they'll try their best to do it.

Support is excellent. They are very prompt in their responses, polite and helpful. I hope the app can make customisation easier so that I don't need to bother the support for every little thing.

Request support and the response was almost immediate. The app works wonderfully and converts better !! What I like the most is that I was able to delete a series of mini apps, to replace with VITALS ... The best investment.

I have used Vitals for about a week and so far it is really good, I barely use other apps anymore. I would highly recommend vitals if you a newcomer or a veteran

Best app I have used until now. It includes more than 40 apps that are very helpful for an ecommerce store, which taken separately will cost much more on the long run. Also, the flexibility that the the app gives you is the best. You can use as many or few features as you like, without having to pay for every one once you activate it. It is easy to use and doesn't make your site slower as it would if you've had the apps separately. More than this, you have 30-days trial (during which you will fell in love with the app) and an amazing customer support that is always ready to help you fast (great, isn't it?). So, what you are waiting for trying it?

Great app but even greater their customer service and support. Vitals has the fastest support ever you get your questions answered instantly on their chat. they will even do the things that are out of their support like some code edits and stuff. If you have Vitals you pretty much don't need any other app on your store other some obvious ones. Highly recommend to get it. insane value packed app.

This apps does everything you need for only $29. Easily one of the essentials you need when building a store. Customer support team cannot get any better, answers most of my queries within 10 minutes max. They definitely deserved to be one of the top shopify app.
