This app is a game-changer for sure. And the visitor replay function is absolutely amazing you can literally see what visitor has gone through. I am in love with this app! It's genuine! I needed a help with adding another Agree to Terms Checkbox and the app support immediately helped me! They did it correctly and in the exactly way that I wanted to it looks like. The support was really kind and really helpful!

Great all in one app to integrate with your Shopify store. Has lots of features and you can almost find everything you need without needing to get additional apps. Can't fault customer service either, have had great support so far!

I found this app by way of TikTok and what a great find it is!! This App makes life so easy. No more having 10 free trials going and having to keep track of when bills are due! trust me when I say, this app has everything you need.. period! I want to someday have a Customer Support as amazing as the individuals I have dealt with from VITALS. This app is amazing. Although it might have an extra cost. This app has everything you need in order to be successful so you won't need multiple apps anymore. This customer support is also crazy good. They reply in seconds and are very willing and quick to sort your issue. The support agent was able to quickly change my upsell in minutes if not seconds which make my website look a whole lot nicer. If your contemplating whether or not to join, I would definitely try! This is the only app you'll ever need and is definitely worth the money. Thanks!

This app is so good I feel bad that I don't have to pay for the first 30 days! I just began using this app 3 days ago and all I can say is wow! If you aren't using this app you are surely missing out. Not only is it packed with great features (some I never even thought of worrying about), but they have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME of any app I am using or have used. We are using multiple aspects of the Vitals 40+ app. They work great and add a lot of value to our shop. We recently found a glitch in one part of the app After reaching out to customer support, they were on top of it. They got the devs involved and had the problem fixed in no time. Excellent service and support!

Best app ever I've used for my store! The only app that is necessary for yours! Vitals provides exceptional features that substitute most of the other app to give you the chance to improve your sale boost and for the price of one app (not of dozens of them). The other thing that I love of Vital is their great customer service: don't matter what is the thing you need, they respond to you in a little time and help you in all ways possible to make you happy! I've needed customization of some parts of existing features and they made them for me in the blink of an eye! I absolutely recommend them, thank you guys!
