An all in one app! perfect for product reviews, create bundles or volume discounts, chat, pop-ups, etc...! great app! Need to have it! And the support is very reactive!

The customer service and support is absolutely amazing! I asked if I can change my POP UP theme and they got back to me quickly and helped me customize something that was more aesthetically in line with my products! I also love the other functions they offer too. It's been great so far!

This is the 2nd store I have installed Vitals on. The theme I am using for this store has a lot of the apps included in Vitals. I installed it on this 2nd store because of the reviews app. It is outstanding! I have tried others but this is by far the best reviews app out there in my opinion. And as a bonus, I have all the other apps that my theme doesn't have built-in. Oh, and I like the icons for the currency app better than the ones on my theme. These are much prettier.

This is probably the only time I will ever write a review but...this app simply deserves it. I want to mention 2 main concepts: the app and the customer service 24/7. Yessss the app has a fee not common seen in paid apps but..YES I PROOF WHAT i heard before downloading it (wether worth it or not) Totally worth it!! It is THE BEST APP ever on Shopify not only because it includes everythinng a retail is after but because it facilitates having the best set up all clear and in one app. Only with what I have said I would pay double the price. But here comes the BEST BEST part. Something awsome isn't efficient when you do not know how to set it up. Well I am brand new so I did have many and by many I mean manyyy doubts. FILIP (best customer service assitance I have ever reached out to) helped me literally with everything. I asked him sooo many doubts as I was gaining a lot of confidence with him. Although the app has everything perfectly explained Filip answered at the moment providing me screenshots/explanations/guides/clarifications on every doubt. Satisfaction is just too small to describe how I feel with the service I have never had interested in writing reviews but only in this APP it completly deserves it. I had queries related to my two stores, and VITALS support team not only answered them quickly but they did resolve it in timely manner. I am glad that such app is built. . I'd like few features if they can be added. I have added my reviews regarding the options or feature I'd prefer in your app and look forward the day when they can be incorporated. Overall, I am very happy with what is offered currently.

Vitals offers many useful apps under the same roof which is very handy. I am using a dozen of those apps mainly to improve the customer experience on the site. And their customer service is very fast, friendly and efficient. Definitively recommend using Vitals.

New to using this app, so I ran into a small issue related to my site not displaying some things correctly. I couldn’t figure out how to solve it for the life of me, so I reached out to their support team. The same day I received a reply from Shiela on their support team letting me know she had already fixed it and the changes were already live on my site *jaw drops*. Not only is it rare to get such a quick response from anyone these days, but to also have a solution in place simultaneously is virtually unheard of. I’m impressed!! Thanks again Shiela!

LOVE this app it has everything and anything you could possibly need, honestly don't need anything else except for this on my store. And their customer service is exceptional. If you have any problem what so ever they do their best to try and help you get the fix the moment you ask for help. highly recommend them :)

The guy named Costin there has the best customer service. He should get a raise. This app has been great for the customers. I thing if you are using shopify for your business you must get this app. This is very affordable and this is the only app you need. I am impressed

This app is amazing!! it encludes all app functions you need for a successful and best looking store for an affordable price. I wanted 2 things to be adjusted in my store and contacted the friendly guys in the customer service. They replied immediatly to my Email and adjusted them for me in no time! I had about 10 different apps installed before using Vitals and deleted them all and started using just VITAlS which included all the functions in these apps and even had more very useful functions. The app looks very good in my store and I will be installing VITALS in each of my future stores! Thank you for the amazing job.
