vitals is perfect, it adapts to every need. and the support is even better. the two times I had problems, they responded immediately.

The customer service from Vital is 100% next level, I submitted a query on the app and with 30 minutes I got a response and within 1.5 hours the query was fixed. The communication from the Customer Service Representative (Jed) was great, in fact fantastic and so happy the issue was resolved. This is the level of customer service I strive for with my customers, so great to see that those who support my business think the same way. Thanks Vitals, one happy customer here.

Great apps, almost all of your essential apps included in here with affordable price. Although there are much room for improvement but it's worth 5 stars. Hope to see more vital features from developer team. Thank you.

I installed about 85% of the apps functions. It was very easy. I love the video tutorials. All the apps on here are going to increase conversions. It would have taken me days to add all the individual apps needed to optimize my store. I have been seriously struggling trying to get my store set up to convert and optimize....I am not a techie so it can take me Forever to install and use an app. I needed help, a real person-Michael was available right away on the chat. No Bot. He helped me through using the review app. He is a keeper!. I would never have considered this app, even with all its functions if there was not a live person on a chat. These days I will not use any software, service etc if I need to send a support ticket for help. Or need to go through a pop up Bot on a chat trying to help me with FAQ"s. This app really is amazing, definitely worth the 5 stars. So many different features to add to my website, and they are always developing more. What makes this app really incredible is the customer service, they respond to messages and tweak code and fix problems in no time at all.

I have used this to show hurry low stock and also the volume bundle, i had an issue that was because of another leftover app, and Vitals Fixed it for me the same day, amazingly fast reply and fix. Thankyou.

I use this app for only a few days and I was very impressed, not only the content is very helpful but their service and support is excellent, there are 40 different programs here, no need to install any other app it is amazing

This is honestly the best app AND customer service ever! I just started my free trial and I love how easy the interface is. Not to mention that all the questions I had were answered within minutes by Jed - they've given me the best customer service I've ever had on an app and helped me with everything that I needed help with. I will definitely be keeping this app after the trial ends. It has so many apps integrated into it that I need to run my store. If I could give all the thumbs up in the world, I honestly would lol. his app is simple and easy to use with over 40 apps on it makes everything convenient. I don't have to download every app making everything confusing:( With the 24/7 support team, I can work around the clock which I love and can have my questions answered within a few seconds.

I'm very happy with Vitals. All its apps works very well. They are very intuitive to install and manage. It is great in every aspect and they have a pretty cool customer service. They are very helpful and responsive. Double thumbs up, highly recommended.

This app is amazing. It saves me so much money by combining all those individual apps into one. I can't see myself ever going on without it.

Had a self-inflicted issue but used the live chat feature, got a response in two minutes, and they fixed the advanced issue for me. Will definitely make this a staple.

I am overall very happy with this app. I quickly got great customer service when needed. A side note is that I would have enjoyed if you made the app compatible with "drawer cart" :)

This app has saved us time and money, by combining the features and support into one, we're able to do so much more than we could with multiple individual apps.
