Very responsive support that helped me instantly with app adaptation and much more. The app is compact compared to other apps but stands out for its one-for-all installation and management, saving a lot of time. Hope it doesn't affect the website's speed.

I've spent a couple hours trying to figure out some pretty simple coding for reviews, no luck, but luckily I found Vitals and then asked for some customer support - From michael, he coded the reviews into my page where I wanted, and i'm super thankful because now I can finally MOVE on from this part, i REALLY need to learn how to code. Alot of very useful tools and a must for every store owner. The customer support is 24/7 available and very fast. What I love is, that they are always improving the app and implementing new tools and features. Definitely my favourite Shopify App.

Amazing customer support! App has most of what I need and is also continuously updated by the developers. Could use more customization at times, but you can just reach out to customer support and they usually are able to just get it done for you.

We have been using the pre-order and product reviews features for some time and they have transformed our business. So easy to set up and use. We also use the quantity pricing feature, stock scarcity and are just implementing the product tabs feature. This app is well worth the money!

The reviews don't lie. This app increased my conversions in 1 day. The product bundle alone is worth this app but the fact it comes with 39 other apps for free? Getting VITALS is a no-brainer.
