I use this mostly for upsells and site optimization. It's easy to set up with just a few clicks. Moreover, their support is phenomenal. Probably one of the best I have seen so far in helping me as a customer.

This app is absolutely amazing! We were using Sales Rocket (which is also a great app), but chose to move to Vitals for some of the extra features. The app is very intuitive and the the overall UI is great. The app runs smoothly and looks fantastic on the front end. The developers have been quick and accommodating with anything that I've had questions about. If you've got the budget for it, then this is a must have addition to your site.

Value for money! You get an all-in-one app with many great additions that should save you a lot of time.

Amazing app! Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful and it is very clear that they are trying to improve constantly, they are working on new apps, they welcome feedback (and act on it!). The product bundles & volume discounts are so easy to use and are perfectly integrated with their review system.

it's really a great tools set what combined most useful Apps that could be charged up to $10/month /app by other developers, I tried some other paid apps which only have solo & boring features, but Vitals brought me richer experience with power apps in just 1 set, and the price $29.99/mon is quite reasonable with so many features, it worth of a try or long tern use. Another great thing to have is you can get very quick response from the Vitals Tech team to solve your problem when you're not skilled about coding. Thanks to the Tech team!

For sure one of the best existing apps. I have around 9 apps installed already and the Speed Score did not dropped at least 1%. It is super easy to install & use. The support team (Andrei & John) is great and they are super fast responsers and they are always helping with every query. Keep up with the good work guys! <3

We're still in the trial phase of testing the different apps within Vitals, and for the price, it's a steal compared to installing similar individual apps to achieve the same results. Customer support is excellent and the team is willing to go the extra mile to solve problems for us. If there are some settings limitations within the app, they are even willing to make customizations for us from their end. Greatly appreciated!

Gary was very, very helpful. Super proactive, solved my problem without me having to do anything in a few minutes. Knew exactly what to do. The app functions very well and the team is willing to help if a feature you want isn't on there yet. Overall very useful.
