It's a great overall app that allowed me to cut about 5 or 6 apps from my store. John Seth helped me with an issue regarding imported reviews that after I took some products offline temporarily. The only things I would like to see improve with this app is to have a %age discount option for general sales, and the design for the trust seals could be less cluttered. But these are minor compared to the overall benefits of the app which does make life simpler - especially when I can reduce the number of apps in my store. Update: They continue to provide first class support.

Vitals is a MUST-HAVE APP for your Shopify store. It has every single tool you need. I was able to do a lot of what Vitals offers using many other plugins that ended up costing much more and not as good. On top of the great tool, I had a customer service question, and not only did they get back to me lightning fast Magaly fixed my problem right away. Great product with Great customer service equals success.

Really nice app with a couple useful features. I think it's important to pick the ones relevant for your customer. Activating all of them would be a lot on once single website, I think. Customer Service helped me twice and was both time really quick and helpful, thanks again!

Vitals is the app to rule them all. They're always adding more features and the customer support is soo helpful. You'll be able to avoid installing many apps.

For me this goes hand in hand with shopify. Defintley an must-have app. You really see that they put real effort in it and did thoughtful apps. And also the support is great.

Die App ist sehr gut. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einer Einstellung habe den Support kontaktiert und obwohl es mitten in der Nacht ist sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Mein Problem wurde innerhalb von Sekunden gelöst. Ich bin beeindruckt! Und alle sind super freundlich und äußerst hilfbereit!

Like it says. It's an all-in-one tool but it's also backed up by a ridiculously good support team. Highly recommended.
