I purchased Vitals and it was great. But along the way, I bumped into some problems. I was using Vitals and shopify markets at the same time and some things weren't running smoothly, or so I thought. I contacted them, and the customer service was amazing. Kliphord, to be exact, was amazing. He helped solve my problems in minutes and he even connected to a VPN to access my store just like my customers would. I appreciate it, which is why I came here to thank him!

Absolutely amazing app. Worth every penny. I couldn't imagine building a store without it. It has everything a vendor could need to create a highly optimized store. The new upsell feature looks better than most and works extremely well. My AOV is $90 on a $60 product. Plus the review app is also a must have.
