Vitals is very valuable, with many useful and constantly updated applications contained within it. Customer support is always fast and effective (Thanks again, John!).

She was so helpful and patient as I was understanding using the app and explained everything clearly. VITALS is definetly a must-have app for your store. Having product reviews, for example, ads a lot of trust to your customers. Thanks to the visitor replays, I know what I need to change in order to improve my store. The VITALS support also responds very quickly everytime I need them. They are always able to help me with my problems.

This is a great all-in-one marketing plugin. Awesome. This is my first time writing a review and it's absolutely true. There is always customer service available to solve problems, and having it, I can basically remove all shopify plugins. It's great. Also they will keep going to work on new features.
