Jed D was so helpful! I think customer service is the main thing when it comes to running the apps in Shopify. He was able to stay with me on the chat while I made the changes on my website. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'll also take this moment to review the app. It does help us generate more revenue with how the bulk buy and product recommendations work. Plus... It's got a review function too! WTH! IT'S ALL IN ONE! I'm deleting some of my apps now. This absolutely saves me money! Thanks again Vitals! Highly recommended this app to all businesses out there.
