I had a great experience with getting support on my vitals app. I need some assistance with my theme's CSS in the reviews section. I had heard the Vitals support was exceptional, and the help from John Seth was no exception! I hit the support chat button, asked my question, and he had joined the chat not even 3 minutes later. In the next 2 minutes he went ahead and changed my settings for me (with a screenshot of the new changes attached). Very grateful for the quality support the Vitals team provides.
