This app is a game changer. As a small business with over 350 items on Etsy and approaching that number on Shopify I am no longer afraid to expand! This app is a HUGE timesaver, and the support is some of the best I have ever experienced. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. It allows me to make changes across multiple platforms (with more being added!) In a SMALL fraction of the time. Thank You GetVela!

A real time saver. I have been using Vela for 6 months and love all the features. Especially, the copy option. I have 3 stores (2 Etsy & 1 Shopify). Additionally, I have used the option to bulk change pricing and sections (categories). Another time saver. Without reservation, I highly using this app (oh! the plans are very inexpensive)... Followup on April 22, 2022 I had to replace my ID & PW connected to my Vela Account. I had a Zoom conversation with Customer Support. Once again it was Super. I got lucky and spoke to the CoFounder. He couldn't have been any more helpful. It was a few clicks and I was back working on my Shopify and Etsy Stores. This experience was by far the best Customer Support I have ever received when calling a major tech company. If you are thinking about jumping into the GetVela app, I say do it. You will be very happy you did.

I love this app! I have used Vela for years with Etsy and last year added it to my Shopify. I was able to make changes to the store this week in less than 30 minutes that would have been a day's work without Vela. Also, Justin has amazing customer service. Super fast and helpful! It's a bargain for what you get!

The last app I used totally messed everything up when I tried to transfer products from Etsy to Shopify. This is the only app I've found that works. I originally discovered Vela when I was searching for a bulk editor to update my Etsy shop listings. It works brilliantly for that, by the way, with a ton of features like bulk find-and-replace, bulk photo uploads, bulk profiles (which allow you to keep a set of tags and other attributes and apply them across products). Now, I can do the same with my Shopify products, AND sync them between Etsy and Shopify. I'll also add that the co-creator who responded to my queries, Justin, is amazing. Quick to respond, open to new ideas, and constantly building functionality. In short, this app will do what you need, faster, and at a great price point. Get it!

Vela is nothing short of phenomenal. They've been acing it since I began using their website version 5 years ago and their Shopify App is just one more new great thing. If you're looking for what may well be the cleanest, most efficient and (most importantly!) functional cross-sales-platform editing app, then Vela is going to be your best friend. This app is the BEST option if you have Etsy and Shopify! It saves me so much time I can't even tell you. I just create a listing on Etsy and then copy it to Shopify within 1 click. The best feature is ability to create profiles, which mean you can bulk edit all your catalogs with 1 click to include photos, listing descriptions, prices, variables, and more. Previously I had to pay for 3 different apps to be able to manage my stores. Now I can do it with just one. And just to blow your mind even more... I've just had a question about 1 thing and send a question via chat. One of the app creator ask me if I want to chat over zoom and show him exactly what I am talking about!!!! I mean...customer service is just AMAZING. We chatted few minutes and he told me exactly what to do. I am so surprised at the quality of this app and the outstanding people behind it! This app has solved many of the problems I've had that Shopify alone could not solve. Replacing a color chart on my 700+ listings was completed in a matter of minutes! The customer service was fantastic and answered my question very quickly!

Absolutely amazing App! I've been using Vela with my Etsy shops for almost 3 years and now opening up a new Shopify store, this has saved me hundreds of hours of valuable time. There is a slight learning curve, but if skim through the help files, it's very intuitive. I also had a small problem with some of my listings and within 1 hour it was fixed perfectly. They even went on a zoom call to hear my issue. VERY IMPRESSED! And for the price, $10 is nothing to update hundreds of products with a click of the button.

I used this app and it is very helpful, if I don't know anything, the chat help is always there to help very quickly, and one time he was very very helpful and he made a zoom meeting and share screen to fix my problem, great work. highly recommended.

Game changer! Transferring Etsy listings to new Shopify site is a breeze. Had a couple issues early on. Come to learn it was user error on my part. Video tutorials were most helpful. Looking forward to what upgrades come next!

Awesome App and a game changer. Bulk Edit, Mageworx Product Options,Option Sets in BigCommerce...all are ok but not great for me. Shopify + Vela is the absolute most efficient way of dealing with Product Option Sets and Variations - 10 years of experience tells me this.

I used this app when it was free and loved it. I was hesitant when it went paid but i'm here to tell you ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Justin and his team are responsive (as they've always been) but they're always improving the app, they actually listen to feedback and implement changes as necessary. they're quick to fix any glitches. they've made this already great app, even better! and i hear they have more feature releases coming- sooo excited!

We have used Vela for a few years and it has saved us literally countless hours with the bulk editing tool and recently, the Profile tool. It has features that go beyond the editing capabilities Etsy and Shopify natively offers. Justin is also very helpful and responsive whenever we have questions or technical issues. Highly recommended!

If you're selling on Etsy and your Shopify store this app is a must have. It's constantly improving and works great. The customer service response and time are phenomenal. This app save sooooo much time. There would be no way for me to have listed 600 listings in the short period that I have had.

Unreliable app. They force us to pay even though I installed the app when it was completely free. I've been using hundreds of apps so far but none of them treats their early customers this way :( My client (the store owner) feels disappointed at me as I told them the app is free to use.

This app is the worst. I used to like it but it has caused me many problems. I went to update all my footers recently and the app added all my 382 items into ALL OF MY Collections so that I have to meticulously spend hours and merchandise everything. They never have responded when I try to write in, and ok when it was FREE but now they want you to pay. Thanks for making me pay to spend hours of my life fixing problems you created. In a nutshell: if you make a bulk edit watchou t that it will screw everything up. This has happened several time to me.

I love this app. It responds well for editing products in Bulk. I've used it a few times, even unpacked... and I always come back to it. It fits my needs very well and when you understand how it works, it's well thought out!

This app is the way you wish Shopify worked right out the box to help you manage your products. Ability to bulk edit anything, manipulate images, manage tags .. I haven't explored all of the functionality yet but it saves SO much time that the cost savings are incredible. Plus a lovely user interface to boot. Customer service has also been very responsive and helpful. Honestly, for $10 a month, this app is a no-brainer decision for your store.
