Excellent app, does exactly what was required. And support was fantastic when used. Would recommend.

I have search for customization apps. The app should also offer any upcharges and add to price. I have found it tedious to either know code, or manual installs. This app is by far the best that I have used and works perfect for my upsell add ons. I actually came across on a Youtube search and one company was using it. I have found it is so very easy to create and at the same time extremely user friendly. You have nothing to lose with a trial period. Have not needed tech support yet to make an further comments, if I do I will update review. Nice work team

La verdad es que perfecta, me ha ayudado un montón a agregarle todas las variantes que encesitaba a mis productos que son personalizados. Por otra parte, siento que se puede mejorar mucho más, con respecto a los precios de las variantes, sobre todo cuando es por cantidad de producto. Puede mejorar un poquito más, pero dese luego tiene mis felicitaciones, por que además es fácil trabajar con ella.

My response to your reply: Your response to my complaint is much too late. I had raised this issue, but you said you couldn't help me. And now, when I give a 1-star review, you can suddenly help? And don't write that the images are still there, because they aren't. I have tested on different browsers and also in incognito mode. The images were gone. It remains a terribly bad app; I have since found a much better app (with online chat for support, so you don't have to wait two days for a response). First review: This app is the worst I've come across. I had created 80 image swatches. After a few days, they disappeared. So, I recreated them, and again, they vanished after a few days. I did this four times and then sent an email to support, but they had never seen this before and couldn't provide an answer. So, I entered everything again, only to have it all disappear once more. This is truly outrageous. There are plenty of alternative apps out there. Definitely do not choose this one.

This app is user friendly, and Martin's customer service is GREAT! I was experiencing an issue with my account and he fixed it quickly, then sent follow up emails with other tips I would not have even known to think of. The ease of use and the customer service has made the launch of customizable jerseys on our website a positive experience.

Does exactly what I need and when I thought it didn't customer support emailed me back within 5 minutes to show me that it actually DID do that as well!

So far, the app has been great. It allows me to add very important variations for my customers including personalization. Since a large part of my customer base wants to personalize, this is crucial for me. I haven't needed customer service so I can't comment there. But I appreciate the opportunity to give this review and hope others will try the app.

Works/looks great on the Customer end. However, through the back end, there is not an option to add a SKU number for a variant. Also if a variant is purchased, since it "doesn't require shipping," it doesn't transfer over into ShipStation and the order comes in as the Standard product.

Jon and Martin went way above and beyond to help out. I was really impressed and the product is just what I need.

its a nice app, you can do a lot with it, but the custumer services could be better, snt a email 4 days ago and no answer , im having a hard time with my products pictures ( every time you open one product you can only click in 2 photos after that the privius photo freeze and u cant do anythink else

Does what it says and customer service quickly and solves anything that didn't go well. You can do everything with this that is not possible with the standard variants of Shopify.

Absolutely brilliant app and addition to your online store, it worked way better than any other that I tried and the support is there if you need it for a small two person business they do very well at replying so fast. Highly recommend.

This app is amazing!!! I searched around for something that would allow me to showcase my highly customizable products in a way that was both user friendly for my customers and for myself (on the backend setting up the website on my own). This app works perfectly for what I was trying to achieve. It was also extremely easy for me to set up all of my products exactly how I wanted them to look/function for the customer. In terms of support, their Customer Service is amazing! I appreciate that they have a website full of FAQs (so that if I ran into any minor issues I was able to try to solve the issue quickly on my own). There were also some very minor pieces I needed some extra help/clarification on. Once I reached out (via their easy to use contact us form), they were exceptionally quick to respond and resolve any issues. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app!

I cannot figure this app out. It did not seem to save anything I did. I need it for image upload, and am seeing some reviews, etc. where this app does not support that? I used it a year ago, and seemed to work fine, but now it looks different, and is just difficult for me to understand. I'll probably try another app.

This app is soooo great! I sell made to order apparel that is customizable. The ability to use functional logic to guide the customer through the customization process where we offer hundreds of options that change depending on what has been selected has made our customization pages some of the most visited on our website. The only thing that is better than the product is the service. I recently discovered that there was an issue with the add to cart button not working and after an email and in under 24 hours they were able to find the issue, and have my theme and their app working perfectly again. Decided right then it was time to right an epic review that is much deserved. I would leave a 100 star review if I could, its just so nice to know that this team is active and responsive when there is urgent issues that can effect sales. Im genuinely impressed by the apps capabilities and the support is incredible. Thank you guys!
