We use this app so customers can choose whether or not to add a personalised card message and it works brilliantly. The support is always really quick in coming back to us too. Recommend.

This app has a lot of flexibility and met my needs when it came to creating unlimited gridded style product options. The ability to show in-stock product options and customise colour swatches was an added bonus. More importantly perhaps, the support team were responsive, knowledgeable and pro-active in assisting me to fix a formatting issue I had. I highly recommend this app for the product and the team behind it!

Pretty slick app. I like that I can set the swatch to the product image. Support staff is awesome and always willing to find a solution for us.

Jon, Martin and the team have been extremely helpful in getting my requirements up and running and any assistance required with the app. all emails are always responded to very quickly and thoroughly.

The app's team responded quickly and solved the problem within 12 hours. The display of the app is also very satisfactory. I hope that more problems will be added to the FAQs so that we can be corrected in an emergency.

I recently installed this app, and did experience a slight issue, but customer support was great. At first everything was working fine, but suddenly I could not access the app, it sent me in a loop to refresh the page. Contacted customer service, they were extremely prompt. The error I experienced only happened when I was using Safari as my browser. In chrome I completed the setup and got some help whit an issue they already had an easy tutorial in place for: fixing currency formatting. Still super polite and responsive support. I have now checked the function of the customisations on; mobile, chrome and safari, the app is working as a charm and is highly responsive. Even though there was a hiccup with using this app in safari (they are looking into this), I still decided to give it five stars for the great service and because the app seems to be a great fit for my needs (customisation of art prints).

This application is great, I really like the way they automate the taking of images to add the color of the articles. Excellent!

I looked and installed all the apps that seemed like they were the one to do what I wanted, none did and they were clumsy to install and configure until I found Best Custom Products options, I had all 150 options on my products in under and hour.

This app was exactly what we were looking for to show at first glance which sizes were sold out. The support was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions of help we needed.

The app was easy to implement, no support was needed, custom buttons are a breeze. The let down, the skins work on the main product page for our color selection buttons, but it does not work for any of the quick view pages where the same color options are listed. That would be an outstanding future upgrade for the app.

We used this app to display different types of product variants in a more aesthetic way. They have good documentation and its an easy to use app right off the bat. We did encounter difficulties to implement with our shopify theme but their excellent support team help us to have everything working 100% in no time.

This app works perfectly! It is so easy to use! The app support is amazing and very fast at responding to your emails. I highly recommend using this app. The support was so amazing, I couldn't figure out how to display my add to cart correctly and support figured out it was another app and fixed what they could on their end. Our product pages load quickly and they stand out!!!

We found this app everything we needed and more. We have up to 15 detailed variables for some of our items so is fantastic and looks great on the sales page. Customer service is very quick at answering any questions or problems you have along the way.

I use this app to add monogramming options to my products, and it does exactly what I need it to do! I tried out a few other apps and this was by far the most intuitive, especially when setting up the conditional logic options. I had a few requests along the way and the developers were VERY responsive and made it do exactly what I needed it to!
