After trying a couple of the more complicated similar apps, I am so happy with this one. It is easy to install and use, and gives me and my customers what we want.

I'm still learning how to work with the app, but I will say that the customer service has been fast and very helpful.

Excellent customer support. The application works very well for us at the moment. I would gladly recommend this app to companies that want to have product customization features in there product page.

This app was easy to setup - much easier than one of the major competitors! The documentation was easy to understand and I had our swatches set up in a couple of hours vs days. I think it would be even better if they had the ability to do 2-color swatches as well as being able to use images that had already been uploaded instead of having to reload them for each swatch group.

The app does exactly what it says and the customer service they provide is top-notch. Thanks for the help. Update: I can't get over how helpful this team is. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I can't sing their praises enough. Thanks again!!!

Relentless has been great to us! They were very responsive when we had a minor issue. They were very fast to solve it, we really appreciate them and highly recommend them.

Provides a critical feature for a shop with many variations for products. Easy setup. There were some compatibility issues with our theme but the support team was quick to lend help and get us up and running. Would definitely recommend!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! the app is now having access to order and customer details which they previous never asked. Giving your customer data to a third party app which doesn't need it to function can be harmful for your business

I'm really happy with this app and the customer service! I had a conflict with the app and the theme I was using, but Jon and Martin were quick to respond and get it fixed. I moved my shop from Magento to Shopify and this app along with shopify variants is all I needed for my custom product options to work just as they did before.

I love the app! I use it mainly to configure various swatch settings. I tried a few other ones, but I found this one to be the easiest, with the most variety and to configure is so simple. I was also looking at the custom text and logo options, especially to create custom engravings. It does give you the option for custom text and uploading of logo's, so to make this app even better, I would suggest to have a preview of the text available, as well as an option to select a specific font. Other than that, this is really an excellent app and the support so far has been outstanding. I can really recommend this to anyone.

I installed 2 other apps before this one, and they were confusing and their customer service was slow and unclear. I am so glad I installed THIS app! It is so much simpler...easy to use and whenever I ask a question I get a reply very fast! Worth the money, great app!

We have several customers who have private accounts with us. This App is awesome for situations like this. Plus, their support is outstanding. They get back to you promptly and are really willing and able to help!!!!

I have encountered a lot of problems using this application. The variants displayed on my site are not the same as those on the application. So I lost a lot of time because I had to start over every time until it was the right variants on my site. A few days later, the images were again not the right ones, it is a lack of professionalism towards my customers. When I contact the support to understand why I am having this problem, no answer... I do not recommend

I used this app to allow file uploads for personalized products to my store. I really like how quickly I was able to set up the virtual options and get it going. I’m really hoping to boost sales with this latest addition! Thanks Best Custom Product Options

The app works great and does what its supposed to do. The support for the app was absolutely amazing. They helped me with each and every problem I had with the app.

It's really simple to set up and the user interface in the product page is really clean and professional looking. I had some issues setting it up to the way I wanted for my store because I'm using a custom theme and the support was really helpful and I got the issues resolved! Thumbs UP! I recommend.

very nice program. I recommend video classes. Overall, I think the application programs for shopify are very expensive. Please lower monthly plan fees

I have a lot of options for a few of my products. This app males options simple and easy to use I love it

Our store provides customers with custom clothing with over 70 fabric offerings. Recently, when moving our site to a new theme and overhaul we ran into an issue with our product options not displaying on page load. After trying to fix it ourselves, we asked the developer for assistance who fixed our issue the next business day. Very pleased.
