I have a product with MULTIPLE options, This app really helped me to bring it all together. Thanks again.

We've had a lot of issues with this app. Doesn't work with upsell apps, has bugs related to compare at price. Support is ok - but realistically we keep having issues. My technical expert added code to fix the compare price. I also sent you a link to compatible upsell apps in an email. I see we have always replied within a few hours during normal business hours and tried our best to give you the best support. With hundreds of themes, thousands of apps, and updates everyday there will always be the possibility of compatibility problems. It is a good app overall, however I am experiencing some issues with prices of the different option. Most of the options show their price but there is always one option that does not show the price. Still trying to figure it out.... Hola Mónica, as mentioned in my email response, the app you are having issues with isn't ours. Please double check the name of the app you are using and contact the correct app for support. If you want to use our app please uninstall your current product options app and set up the product options in our app. I also went ahead and issued you a credit for our app that is applied to your first bill. This app has been super helpful, and when we had an issue with compatibility with a new theme, customer service immediately responded and dug into fixing it - the app now works seamlessly!

Mega App und perfekter Kundenservice! Update: nach langer Nutzung haben wir uns nun für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden, der kostenlos eine wesentlich umfangreichere Lösung anbietet, die einfacher zu bedienen ist. Schade, das Team ist toll, aber hier fehlen Weiterentwicklungen.

Superb app, well detailed in terms of options and rather easy to use compared to equivalent applications. The customer service is great, Jon responds quickly to requests and explains well (in addition to the well-detailed FAQ). He did not hesitate to put Martin on the spot (the team's developer) when I had special requests that required modifying the code. The work was very well done. In short, not disappointed to have chosen this application. It's a good choice.

Highly recommend this app, the customer support ist great. Jon is very quickly if we have any questions whatsoever and helps us resolve any issues within the day, if necessary.

Easy to use!

It doesnt have a free subscription

Terible , when you insert the color swatch and you save it, it resets to no color. I thought I might made a mistake but it happened again. The boxes for the colors look really bulky and outdated. It does not have a modern look.

Unable to apply to all products must be done individually, unable to position fields from app settings 2005 options and app options, this shouldn't even be considered not even as a free option

Excellent app to have on Shopify!

Excellent app to create custom variations. The customer service is amazing. Would be lost with out this app.
