I absolutely love this app!!! It allows me to provide multiple options for my customers instead of them being limited to only a couple items! It is very easy to use, and navigate through! This app is allowing my business to provide all the options I want! If it wasn’t for this app I wouldn’t be able to! Hi there. I would def recommend this app because without it, as an Shopify store owner, we would be unable to offer our customers as many product options with our bundle deals. However, often times virtual options takes too long to load and customers are quick to add the bundle to their cart before selecting their scents for the various products. That causes us to have to contact each customer that did not select their scents. This process is very time consuming. But what other choice do we have. Is this something that can be corrected. I would love to hear back from you all regarding this issue. Even if we have the button checked that requires a customer to select their options before they can go to check out… it doesn’t work. Customers are able to check out without selecting their options. And we cannot ship the products until we are able to get in touch with the customer and finalize their selections. It looks like the issue is with your quick add to cart and quick view popups on your collection, which allows your customers to bypass our app. I sent a request to access your store to disable these.
