The app has very good features and worked well for my customization needs. Unfortunately, I also need B2B and reordering capabilities, and this app does not work with any of the B2B apps I'm considering.

I was using this app for 2 swatch colour products because Shopify has a quantity limit. I was unaware that the starter plan had changed to 1 product, removing the swatch colour option from one of my best sellers until a customer placed an order and I had to email asking for their preference. I have had to find another app, set up and start again from scratch. I was informed of the changes prior to this but I'm not paying nearly £10 just for a second option, I couldn't even open my 2nd option to copy the colour swatches until I upgraded. I don't usually leave reviews and long ones, but hope this helps someone before I uninstall. Hi Alexandra, I sent you an email to your h****@melaninminds.com email. Looked long and hard to find the right app to work with what we needed for the store. Had a few teething issues with our theme (specific to our theme and not the app) and the support was simply brilliant. This app has saved me time and money. It made it very simple to add more variants to my products.

Does not allow for option inventory tracking I am sorry our app didn't fit your needs. We are just a small two-person company from the United States trying to make the best app and give the quickest support possible. We might not be the best for everyone but with over 21,000 merchants using our app there are a lot of merchants that rely on us for their business. Our app is great for styling your Shopify product options as buttons or swatches visually showing customers what is in and out of stock. We also allow merchants to get past the 3 product options 100 variant limit of Shopify to give you unlimited product options and variants. For these product options we have many product option types including: image & color swatches long & short text boxes buttons radio buttons checkboxes file uploads grid product option to collect data like prescription glasses. I understand our app isn't what you want, but please take a second to think about all the other things our app does and I am sure you will agree we deserve more than a 1 star. Have a great day,

Hello, I need support with your app regarding product subcategories. Here's the issue: I have a base product price, and when selecting subcategories (e.g., 1) Shirt, 2) Shirt Color, 3) Size: S), the price is adjusted accordingly. For example, if the base price is $34,990 and selecting Size S applies a -3,000 discount, the final price correctly updates to $31,990. However, the issue is that the discount amount (e.g., "-3,000") appears next to the selected subcategory. I would like to hide this additional price display to improve the UX/UI of my website. this happen on Addon's Prices on the interace. Could you please help me achieve this? The price add-ons stopped working since 3 weeks ago and the team doesn't respond to our requests.
