I really appreciate this platform for their responsiveness and seriousness. They take the time to explain everything to us when we have a question, I recommend them. I haven't started selling through their platform yet, but the exchanges I'm having for my launch with their platform are very remarkable.

My first contact with a support agent there, Rick i think was very helpfull as i was stressed getting my order fullfill for my first customers. fast answer, and got me to understand how it works. I will surely keep using this service.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app/company. It is not responsive, completely unreliable for business purposes. Communication with the support team has been abysmal, with delayed and unhelpful responses. Due to items not being delivered on time, I have lost significant profits. I highly do not recommend this app for any serious use; it's only good for testing purposes at best. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

My experience up to this point at the beginning of my Dropshipping journey has been a positive one. The chat team has been very helpful and have always been there to give a helping hand. So far, so good, is what I can say, since I have had other negative (very) encounters with other dropshipping suppliers. USAdrop, one of the best!
