I have to say how amazing (Selina) was, she was incredibly helpful and sorted the case as soon as possible, (Selina) was super nice and friendly the entire conversation. I also recommend this app since it's super consistent and works super well on shopify!

Has a lot of great features. Was surprised it even has an MLM (multi-level marketing) feature. Support is also superb!

Brilliant app, we're using it for affiliate referrals and also customer referrals. The customer referrals isn't 100% there yet, there are a couple of features they really need to add, but even so, it's still ten times better than the customer referrals app we were using previously. The affiliate app is great, very versatile. Probably the best thing about UpPromote though is their support team, literally any time we have a question, they're there on the chat system within a minute or so, they're always really helpful, definitely among the best apps I've ever experienced when it comes to the quality of customer support.

So far everything is nice and good, the team is very responsive and happy to help, the platform is quite easy to use and it has some professional tools also along with a profi look!

I'm just getting started and Gwen was very helpful today.
