app doesn't 100% synchronize with my store but still, you won't find better app for cart upsells so I fully recommend, try it out on your store. Also big thank you to Jacinda from the support team. She helped me with my problems and was very patient! Great support

"Disappointing Experience - Lacks Key Features and Poor Support from John" I had high expectations for UpCart, but it ended up being a big letdown. The platform is missing key features that are crucial for a smooth e-commerce experience. To make matters worse, after I uninstalled it, it left behind a lot of code on my website, which caused unnecessary clutter and required manual clean-up. I reached out to support, specifically to John, but he was completely unresponsive, offering no help at all. Overall, UpCart is not worth the trouble. Stay away if you want a reliable and well-supported product!

My theme didn't have a nice cart drawer so I downloaded UPcart app and it made my cart drawer 10X better. Also had some issues but customer service was on it and fixed it within 10 minutes

Had an issue with people adding items to their cart, within a few minutes their support agent Patti replied and helped me identify and fix the issue. This is how a Shopify app should run, quality support is super important. Highly recommend!

The support from this company has been nothing but amazing. The app is well-built. Both functionalities, ux and ui speak quality. Only some things worked perfectly for our specific needs just out of the box, but Pierre from the support had solutions ready and waiting to solve all our problems and make the app almost custom fit for our case. I would 100% recommend this app and the people behind it. Update: After a year of continuous usage of this app, I can easily recommend it to anyone. Amazing app. Has all the things I need for upsells. Would be nice if you guys give 30 days trial period instead of 14 :)
