Paul should be THE face for customer service PERIOD across the entire software/app space. WOW. I am literally blown away how fast he is, kind, funny, smart, willing to help so much, and did more than I asked! WOW! I am blown away by Rivo because of him. Not only that, he is the king of GIFs. He put those in the chat blazing fast! The interaction was so fun and on the gifs on point! Excellent!

So far so good! The customer service team was SUPER helpful and went way above and beyond to help me out with a couple of issues with my theme code. Reviews look great and auto email system looks great.

Highly recommend using this app, I use their popup menu service im liking it so far thats why im using them again for my reviews and email lists on my store. This is really great service and i cant say enough how the support team is so great. Always efficient and so helpful with insights, its like they really in support of your business. Great experience! Your texting them directly, their fast and know how to put up a conversation. Make sure all your needs is taking care of and let you know any errors or mistakes you have made with your website.

Unable to give an opinion on the app as it was just installed. The agent was helpful in removing the Rico branding via chat and sharing some other features with me.
