I have been happy with my experience using the TYDAL Product Reviews App on my shopify site (https://roussan.net). It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. I have tried several review apps and this by far is the best. Lots of great features and ways to customize and automate. And their customer service is amazing. Super responsive and helpful.
