Sam at Tydal was great at promptly helping me verify my account and get what I needed set up! Very efficient customer support, no waiting around or left hanging, and I love the ease of use of Tydal. Its EXACTLY what I was looking for for ratings and reviews, where I could send an email to my customers instead of all other apps that just install a widget on the website to collect ratings and reviews, which could be a bunch of haters or competitors making up fake names to try to make the brand look bad.
