This app is the bomb! It was easy to set up and Abbie, from the support team was a star. She was so good, I thought it was AI! But Abbie is 100% human! I checked. This is the app I was definitely looking for. Provides the right functionality, without affecting the speed of the website. Amazing customer service and tech team that are able to provide guidance on the set up as well as able to solve specific needs of the client.

Abbie was amazing as always and helped me find this app after we concluded that there wasn't currently a free way to integrate the rewards app to incentivize my customers to leave reviews, and I am still a very small very new business. I do like the app, but I can tell it's in it's infancy. There aren't quite enough branding options available, unlike the rewards app which looks seamless on my store. And of course I would have liked integration with the 2 apps. No brainer there. I'll stick with it though. It's still way better than the native Shopify review app, and you can NOT beat Rivo's customer service! Thanks again Abbie!
