Definitely recommend; Have only just installed apps, though, however customer support rating definitely 5 star.

I would definitely recommend the app mainly because of the customer service I've received from Paul which is one of your team members. The service is top tier and Paul is amazing. The responses were quick, and my experience was by no means frustrating. Paul mastered the product knowledge of the company and this I know by his offerings and his response. Thanks alot. I highly recommend this app! The customer service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I had the delight of speaking to Paul, he was extremely helpful, patient and fast at responding. If you're looking for an excellent product review app that is completely free and has great customer service then look no further. I'm still getting to know the app but it is completely user friendly and I always know if I do have any questions the customer support team is always a live chat away. Rivo also do more apps so definitely be sure to check them out. I'm currently also using the EMAIL POP UPS | Opt‑In Popups app which is also free and I highly recommend.

The support is amazing! I chatted with the lovely Jel and she was so much help even advised me on changes to my website that had no relation to the Rivo app! You can remove the branding so the app does not show with the reviews, send automated emails to customers after 14 days of fulfilment and in honesty I can't believe the app is free

I would recommend this app to anyone my experience was great Abbie was and absolute help and was very sweet and gave me some advice that i welcomed it shows they really care

Incredible customer service! And its free! Would be nice if there would be a way to make it so only people who have an account on your website/who are confirmed to have bought the product can review it. But still an amazing app!

Very nice app. I was chatting with Abbie and it took her just 1 min to removed "powered by Rivo" inside chat. A good review app that is for free. you should use it too.
