Jeg har sjældent mødt sådan venlig og kompetent hjælp før. Abbie, som jeg chattede med, var meget imødekommende og professionel, og hjalp mig med at se min side igennem for blandt andet fejl og områder, der skulle rettes. Det er simpelthen forbløffende, at du først har hjælp til klasser lige ved hånden og endda gratis. Jeg giver denne oplevelse sammen fem stjerner, og den er fuldt fortjent. Virkelig høj klasse!

I recently installed the review app after having such a great experience with the pop ups app which was also provided by Rivo. Mica helped me out with the review app and upgraded some extra features for me free of charge which i greatly appreciated. Rivo is a great brand and so is their team. Having a great experience so far and the craziest thing about this brand is that their services are free! Thanks again Mica.

Lovely site add-on that is not intrusive or unsightly. Customer service is top notch. Mica helped me with setting up how the widget looks in my store, and made some other helpful suggestions for my site that I had previously overlooked. Friendly and prompt responses in chat.
