Abbie was sooo helpful! Super fast responses and went over and beyond to get me sorted. 100% will recommend. A+ for the App and A++ for the customer service.

Highly Recommend. Not only has it given me an easy way to reward my customers the help team are always adding new features and they are quick to reply if you have any questions. They always go out of their way to ensure everything is working as it should. They also have exceptional reporting on the home page.

As always, the Rivo team is great! Paul was super helpful. Although I only needed one thing, I got lots more resources. I can always appreciate great customer service and Paul definitely delivered and more!

My experience thus far has been great. It is very easy to navigate the app. It make doing any changes that needs to be done quite easy. I had previously used another app and was having a few issued and that's why I switched to this one and I am happy that I made the switch.
