I had a fantastic experience with this app, particularly with their customer service. Arianne was extremely friendly and helpful!

Paul was efficient and effective in answering all my queries. I am excited for this app and the partnership with Rivo.

The email collection never worked properly. I granted access to my website for them to fix it, but despite sending regular emails asking how it's going, nothing is fixed. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for it to be fixed now, but I can't wait anymore. I'm uninstalling it and using a different service.

Arianne is a sweetheart and was knowledgeable and helpful with setting up our reviews for our store! RIVO has been a great experience with their other products as well. It’s been three days now since installing the Product reviews widget, and the issue we’re having is that we requested to have the “Powered by RIVO” branding removed twice, then today was the third time. Each time they remove it, then it’s back later in the day or the next day. Not liking that at all!

Worst app ever I unistall it and made my store terrible. customer support the worst ever. Hours for someone to response to me! Absolutely crazy bad app. Don't recommend it
