I recently had the pleasure of using Rivo and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the level of service I received was exceptional, leaving me completely satisfied and impressed, & thank you Jel for your assistance.

Once you uninstall the app, It just leaves their reviews there causing your site not to be usable for a day or 2 cause customers will see 2 reviews on your page one that you want and one from this supplier. Issue was sorted promptly with Lea her service was exceptional!!!

Once you uninstall, there's no option to contact support to get the review widgets off your site. It's still on my site and driving me batty becuase I can't find a way to remove it.
