So far this app is crushing it for my Shopify store. Recovered 128 subscribers today and the AI is having full blown conversations with customers to convert more sales. This just blew SMS Bump out of the water for me. No more credit loading and custom building. Conversational texting is the only way and set up took 1 minute. The support is great. Have not used it too much yet but the support is always there. Not outsourced, it's solid support. For $1 a month you would have to be a fool not to have this app recovering carts for you

This was a feature that I was not using as often as I thought I would and due to that I decided to cancel my membership. There was a bit of confusion in the process yet once I as able to get Kyle on line the process turned super easy after that. He listen to my concern and solve it within less than 10 minutes and supplied a credit for once I'm ready to return. Much Appreciated !
