Customer support is instantaneous. Importing and managing reviews is so intuitive and straightforward! The app works really well and it's so easy to setup the review request templates. Overall great app, does what I expected :)

I was having a problem which was obviously my mistake and ignorance. I contacted the support and I chatted with a lady called Nona, She did great explaining it all to me and The problem was solved Actually, with what I see. This app is the best Review app for Shopify. I have been using this app for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I can't wait until they add amazon reviews importer. It'll make it so much easier. Thanks to Nona I was able to remove the "Trusted by Trustoo" logo to make my reviews look more legit!

Very helpful and prompt to respond. Nothing beats a quick response when you are managing an online shop. After upgrading my plan it would be nice to have the option to remove all the additional marketing and branding such as "Recommended Apps" section, etc.
