good customer service, and the app just works well in general. Wish I could manually remove “Powered by Vstar” without having to talk to customer service for it though. Other than that it works perfectly!

Customer support was very useful and fast to respond. Importing reviews was simple and effective with no unnecessary paywalls.

So far, so good. The app works right out the box, and seems to load all the time and fast, (had a review app that loaded intermittently). If you follow the import directions to a tee, you will have no problems. I had to contact Customer Support to help with import due to my error and spoke with Esther, who was more than kind and patient. The app is customizable and easy to manage, and they are working on implementing customer requests and seems to continually want to improve features. Hope we can grow together. They are running a promo, get the app for under $9.
