Will give it a different ranking once I have had the ability to try more features. I am still using the free version.

The trusted site badge doesn't work, just adds a white banner instead. Not what I had in mind when I installed it, now let's hope it doesn't leave a lot of code behind when I delete it.

I added the app to my store a few weeks ago. It was super simple to set up and the verified business seems to help with sale conversion.

Their trust badge somehow vanished from my site when I hired a developer to tweak certain images. I emailed TrustedSite seeking instruction on how to reinstall it. They gave me a quick generalized reply, which had nothing to do with the obvious "broken link" and left it at that. I tried calling and did not get a response. I often wonder what it feels like to be pompous.

Love the TrustedSite App and the exceptional service I have been receiving from them for a few years now. Highly recommend to all who want to increase their conversion rate.

I haven't seen a downside to this app. Get important and legit trust badges to put on your stores site. If you aren't quite up to par, they tell you exactly how to raise your trust rating

Great app and service, love it. Free offering is already quite nice and easy to use and includes a free small trustbadge, which can easily place on the website.

Easy to setup and integrates seamlessly with the shop front without creating too much UI friction.

The customer service I received from Jay at trusted site was amazing! I was so frustrated with the app I was planning on deleting it! He fixed everything in under 24 hours and really alleviated a lot of the stress of running an online shop on your own with a million apps. Having one less thing to deal with really helps! The application itself is pretty good, that’s why I am using it. However support is very bad. They do not respond for days. I tried email and phone, but could get in touch with no one.

Jay was great in helping us add the trusted site trust marks on our website. The response was not always quick but that is expected to an extent given the different time zones we are operating in. We look forward to seeing whether the trust marks increase conversion.

Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.

This app does nothing. My shop builder installed it and now i get tons of emails and the unsubscribe button does not work
