Very good customer service

The app is overall very good. Shows all the statistics you need. The app had some issues in the beginning with synchronizing all the data with my store, but thats understandable regarding how much numbers are being displayed. Had to contact the support several times but if I did, got a competent and fast replay. And the problem was solved within 24 hours.

Grace was very knowledgable and helpful. Told me everything I need to know on a google meets call. In terms of the app, there are some small improvements that could be made which Grace noted down but overall it is a very good app. I think we will use it for a long time now.

Excellent App, if you have multiple marketing channels this is a must have to track results. I recommend it

$100 a month for quantity based cost of goods. This is just a money grab. Use TripleWhale and thank me later...
