Do not recommend, beware of extremely high extra hidden costs. App is working okay, but we had a uplift in sales for 2 months, which is why we were charged QUADRUPLE the amount we pay for our subscription PLUS the subscription fee. We did not get any notification that the orders will now cost something. Other Apps handle this differently which is why we will switch to an app that is more transparent. Also support did nothing, to compensate us, even though we upgraded to a higher plan. Dear bamtoo store admin, We have noticed that you have uninstalled our application, and we regard your departure as a significant loss. I would like to follow up on our previous efforts to resolve the unexpected extra charge, as we have not yet received a response. Please note that our compensation offers remain available, and we would be pleased to discuss them with you at your convenience. Regarding your feedback: - "App is working okay." –> We appreciate your positive comment and are committed to maintaining a high-quality user experience. - "We did not get any notification about additional charges." –> This information is displayed on the pricing plan, and we request your approval during the installation process.
