Super good customer support from Grace, able to help with very specific problems and issues unlike other companies that don't know what to do.

I had some questions regarding the set up and calculations of my app. I met with Harper from their customer support team via an online meeting and she was absolutely wonderful.

An absolutely great app! works wonderfully to reflect ALL numbers you need to make sound decisions with a lot of customizations such as custolmised costs and variable costs as well (such as commission on ad spend etc), handling fees (per order or product type) and much more. The free trial is huge plus! As for the support team, they are extremely wonderful! Harper was a HUGE help in walking us through the app and answering all our questions. Absolutely 100% satisfied! Thanks Harper!
