Lee was great. All my questions were answered and I was given resources to help me. So far, all the assistance I have received has been spot on.

The customer service is phenomenal. Always a quick response, top-notch and thorough. I had an issue today and within minutes of hopping onto the chat Raymart was able to troubleshoot my issue, walk me through correcting my errors and had great follow up ensuring I was well taken care of. I personally select the products I know are quality brands, quick shipping and I can feel confident in offering our customers. Trendsi have lovely fashion products, fast shipping and easy fulfillment products. Customers can't wait to get beautiful fashion.

Angelo helped me understand shipping with products from overseas. I didn't know that weekends weren't counted in the processing time. Overseas orders take 3-4 days to process and at least ten days for the customer to receive the product.

I'm usually self-sufficient when it comes to computer stuff but I was having issues connecting my Shopify store to the Trendsi app and I just could not figure it out after multiple attempts of following the directions to connect. I finally reached out to support and their response time is beyond exceptional. Shout out to Chette for assisting me with my issue, which was solved in way less than 5 minutes. THANK YOU!

I recently had an issue with a resale certificate submission that was rejected by a vendor. I reached out to Gretle, and he/she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He/she was prompt in responding to my emails, and provided clear explanations for the steps I needed to take to rectify the issue. Thanks to his/her guidance and assistance, my resale certificate was finally approved by the vendor. I am extremely grateful for his efforts, and would highly recommend him/her to anyone in need of assistance with similar issues. Overall, my experience working with Gretle was exceptional.
