Had some questions about importing items to my shopify store and got immediate response on customer service chat from "Chette" and she answered all my questions and let me know what I needed to do.

I was highly impressed with Raymart ! He responded to my message in less than a minute. He fixed my request with no problem. My customer used her old address and needed it to changed to her new address after the order had been submitted. Raymart got it changed for me. I appreciated his professionalism.
