My experience with Trendsi as a drop shipper has been frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service was much better prior to October but still had issues, but now it's nothing short of terrible. If you plan to order more than 2 items for your business, be prepared for incompetence. Their shipping and customer service are concerning, with powerless representatives who offer apologies but no real solutions. The support cycle is endless – you report an issue, they promise a response, then close the chat or email without resolution. Communication is a constant struggle, with no real answers. In my recent order, I was even lied to, and some items were canceled because they were out of stock. But in my store, they were fully in stock. When I inquired, I was told that they didn't pass inspection, but instead of offering alternatives, they suggested reordering. However, this only led to further delays and complications. My order, placed on October 18, 2023, has not been fully received, refunds are pending, and my order is now considered lost. Escalation promises have gone unanswered for more than 48 hours. If you're considering Trendsi as a dropshipper, think twice. While they have positive reviews, my experience suggests otherwise. Look for a more reliable and accountable option, as I regret keeping them right before the holidays.

Love Trendsi and their amazing products and prices! My support rep Allan was super friendly and helpful and quickly answered my questions. Definitely recommend this app!

As someone who has 3 jobs including Boutique owner, I need an app that is easy and straightforward to use, has all the right features to help with efficiency and offers true expedited shipping options. The absolute most important feature for me, as a drop ship business owner, is the automatic inventory updates and "out of stock alerts". Trendsi provides all of this and More! Knowing that I have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive customer support staff at my finger tips who respond so quickly is also invaluable. Today, Anya exceeded my expectations with a critical need.. I was wow'd by her service and her communication. I am beyond impressed with Anya as well as all of my previous interactions with Trendsi support. It feels good to work with a trustworthy and supportive vendor!

Trendsi is amazing! I just got my first sale(not even a day yet. I literally just fixed my store 3 hours ago LOL) And the customer asked for a size change which I tried to do in Shopify but couldn't, I think because fulfillment was already in progress. Well Long story short, Gretle helped fix it in less than 2 minutes and Trendsi is Amazing! The products sell themselves, customer service is top-notch! I am super excited, can you tell?! This is my first successful Shopify store, y'all in 3 years of trying, 3 years!!! Trendsi is the bomb..that's it

Trendsi has been a great option for me as a brand new online boutique. Their system syncs perfectly with my Shopify store and their customer service is excellent! Gretle, Angelo, and Erika are three of their customer service reps and all three were extremely helpful with questions and resolving a small issue. I also love that I can filter by where the products are coming from, so I can avoid overseas shipping / longer ship times. Some issues with overseas quality and availability, but Trendsi catches it before the products are shipped. I appreciate their attentiveness!

It can be difficult to navigate the complexities of order management and inventory sync. However, with Anya from Trendsi by my side, it became a breeze. Her troubleshooting expertise, combined with a patient and understanding demeanor, ensured that all of my concerns were addressed promptly. She not only assisted in resolving the issues I was experiencing, but she also took the time to ensure I understood the solutions. The level of dedication and professionalism exhibited by Anya is commendable, making her an invaluable asset to the Trendsi team. Hats off to such excellent customer service!

I have to say the ease of using Trendsi is a great thing. An when I needed help, reached out to Customer Support and they took care of me immediately. Thank you Allan for the assist. Still fairly new user but so far happy with the experience.

I want to say a huge thank you to Dave @ Trendsi who worked very hard to resolve a problem. I'm so impressed with the time and patience he had. As soon as he resolved my issue he asked if he could check a few other things to make sure they were running well. Thank you Dave, you were kind, patient and so very knowledgable.

Not happy with the overseas shipping. It is taking longer than expected especially when the order sets at the warehouse for 3 or 4 days before it is shipped to the U.S. I will be pulling all of the products from overseas in the near future or finding another supplier as they have very few plus size items in the U.S. Warehouse

The attention from Gretle Altavano was excellent and she was able to completely clarify all my questions.

I've just started using Trensi for my online women's boutique and the clothes are super cute! They also have a warehouse in the USA so the shipping times are a lot faster than aliexpress. Hazel was very helpful in answering all of my many questions and definitely made me feel at ease using this app. I highly recommend! Update: Allan is very helpful when using the chatbox if you every have any questions!

Dave was amazing! I just started using Tiktok Shop and have had issues on the tiktok side, Dave was extremely helpful and literally walked me thru step by step! Would highly recommend using Trendsi!

Trendsi is super user-friendly, sources great inventory and the support is super fast and helpful! I contacted them earlier about an issue with an order and Anya responded within minutes and completely resolved the issue, I was shocked at how prompt and friendly her service was when I have waited for days for a response or had difficulty resolving issues using other dropshipping apps. Highly recommend!!

It has been such a great experience to work with Trensdi, such a nicely built page and they offer great support. Raymart is a kind agent from Trendsi, who helped me and walked me through my inventory, assisting me with syncing products to show in or out-of-stock items on my store website. I was able to learn how to navigate through my store and correct or adjust my inventory, all through his excellent support. Raymart went above and beyond to help me with my questions and any issues I was experiencing were resolved. I feel valued and cared for. Thank you once again for your help, Raymart!!! I am very pleased with Trensdi and their support team, and I highly recommend them.
