This entire company has been wonderful! I have not had any issues at all! They are always here to answer your questions or give you advice if you ask! I will only be using them! I am so happy! Everyone that I have worked with so far has helped quickly and always ask if there is anything else that is needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have so many names I could throw out to you, but honestly, EVERYONE from the team has helped me with no problems.

This app in incredible! I love the products & the customer service is top notch. Anytime I've reached out Angelo, Gretle, Karen, Maria (sorry if I missed someone) & the rest of the customer service team have been so helpful. Would recommend definitely recommend Trendsi!

I needed help to get products ready to add to my shopify store and Gretle is absolutely fabulous to work with. She's so helpful and very patient!! So far the process of adding has been very easy.

Nice pictures and products but this app is a waste of time. The majority of products have less than 50 inventory and they will run out of stock in less than a week so you will have to replace the product with something else. It's time consuming. I'm still filling my store and already have their products going out of stock. Not even the time to fill my store. Now I will have waste my time to replace these products again.

I am updating this review as of 11/19/21 I have had to use help from the live chat again and talked to a Karen. I have to give a huge SHOUT OUT TO KAREN, as not only did she answer my questions. She gave me so much more info that I needed yet didn't know about. I will truly be able to excel my Trendsi to my shopify store so much more efficiently. On top of being invited to The Trendsi Facebook group to talk with other users and admin of Trendsi will be extremely helpful. So much more Karen did for me, but i'll leave it at that. If your a possible new customer looking into Trendsi. Then i'll let you experience why I 100% support Trendsi on your own terms. Youll do things different so will have different questions, which will open new doors for you as well. I have to say that I am extremely happy with this site. The aspect of having warehouses in the USA & Internationally is huge during these holiday seasons. Very nice setup with vast product inventory. Very happy with the margins and used live chat and received the exact solution from Jac. I would absolutely recommend this app.

Great app with great customer support and service. This past support chat, Lee and Miles went above and beyond in helping me with a general question that I had! Highly recommend this app.

Jac was great in helping me figure out how to proceed with an order that had an out of stock item. He was very patient with this newbie and it was greatly appreciated! I have also now been helped by Miles and Gretle, and they have been such great help with any issues that have come up. Great attitudes, super friendly, and very helpful.

I honestly never leave reviews but I have to say this is the app I've been waiting yearssss for. The import process is easy, captions are good, products are quality, shipping is transparent, prices are good, I can filter by USA shipping, can import tons of products quickly that are on brand..I can't say enough definitely give it a try

I just discovered this app and it really have great inventory . Not only that, their customer service is excellent too. I had reach out to them several times and Audrey,Pearl and Gretle are all very down to earth to help me. Highly recommend!
