I've tried out multiple apps claiming to be like this one, but they all fall very very short to this one's ease of use and capabilities. I can keep a good track of where the inventory levels are at, and when they get low, I can select to be notified as soon as they come back in stock so I can keep my customers updated. You can also choose to ship from warehouses located only in the US, which was a big deal for me. When I made my first sale, I was nervous and contacted support for peace of mind that I did everything correctly. I spoke with Lee, and they were amazing. Helped me out immediately, and congratulated me on my first sale! I would 100% recommend this app.

watched the app for about a week to see if inventory is consistent before importing any products. Inventory was there the entire week for the products that i was interested in importing. Imported some products and maybe 3 hours later they are out of stock. Be Careful as i made ads for these products only to drive customers to my store for a product that was out of stock

CONS: I would love to give Trendsi a 5 star but I gave a 4 because they offer international shipping (outside of the USA) but don't offer returns/exchanges globally other than USA. That makes it challenging selling globally especially being based in Canada. I have spoken to Lee (customer service rep) about it and they said they are working on offering returns/exchanges globally. I hope this will happen soon because I don't want to switch suppliers and it will also improve business for both Trendsi and others. They also don't offer private labeling and custom packaging but they are in the works of it. Hope that doesn't take long as well. Inventory sells out too quick. They don't have enough as a dropshipping company so i am always having to add new items everyday. It takes too long to add products in my Shopify platform as you'd have to add them individually but it is still fairly easy. Just a click and it's added. Hopefully they will add a system where multiple items can be chosen. Shipping time out of the USA is 2 to 3 weeks. PROS: Outstanding customer service. They are always there when I need them. I love the fact that they have a chat system on their website rather than texting me as other dropshippers do. Lee and Gretel have been very kind, patient and full of information. They provide clear photos, accurate product descriptions, sizing and material information. This is huge for me because it takes a lot of time to sort photos and write descriptions. They make it easy. I am very happy with this as other companies don't provide the right information and clear photos. Their website is very organized and easy to use. It is 100% user friendly. Trendsi is great for anyone starting out in the USA and only targeting USA. Once they start offering returns and exchanges globally, I will definitely rate them a 5 star. Everything else is great and I am happy to continue business with Trensdi.
