I reached out to customer service because I needed help updating the shipping address. Lee was very responsive and fast. I was worried but she reassured me that the problem would be taken care of. Less than five minutes later, she updated the address. She was very kind and friendly. :) Also, my last sample order was amazing. Both pairs of jeans were comfortable and of high quality. The bodysuit is my favorite one in my closet. Additionally, the hat and distressed jean jackets complemented the outfit well. I look forward to working with this company when I relaunch.

This app is just amazing and you have all the help that you nedd to sucess for your store. I had Gretle help me in my business and she was so kind and helpful.

I contacted Customer Service because one of my customers received the incorrect item. Gretle was very helpful and friendly. I was advised that the issue would be handled within 24-48 hours. I would like to be back in a few days to say that it all worked out!

Most definitely the best app we have imported. Not just the app, but the very helpful, and available "Mia," with excellent customer service. She is available and sincerely helpful. People behind some other apps obviously use skits, and standardized answers. Trendsi's app loads COGS, and ALL the pictures. Some others do NOT. Also, you can toggle your product choice, to "draft" BEFORE the import, where others do NOT. Platform is easy to use and navigate. Shipping is very good. Trendsi also offers transparency that others do NOT. Trendsi sends blog notes/alert memos to your vendor inbox that are very helpful with inventory management.

Lee's assistance was super awesome and prompt when addressing my issues with a package. She provided all the info I needed to help my client. Thank you.

I am new to Trendsi - Fashion Dropshipping. I had a zoom call with Jaylene Wu today. Jaylene was very knowledgeable, helpful and congenial. She answered all my questions in regards to the platform functionality, the facebook group etc. I appreciated the call. YLeak

I used this app to add products to my Shopify store. I got online help from Karen, she was really able to help me on what I needed to do. Quick response and stayed with me until I was able to the task on my own.

Sherwin was amazing today!! I was having issues adding products from my trendsi app to my store. He was able to help me figure out what I was missing on the catalog part of my shopify store. Turns out it was a shopify issue but Sherwin knew how to fix the problem without me having to contact shopify again. I'm so thankful he was able to help so now I can start adding new product to my online store! Thanks Sherwin!!

I am just starting with implementing Trendsi and I had some questions and concerns based on my experience with another dropshipping company that I work with. Trendsi is MUCH MORE affordable, practical, and has so many options compared to the other company I use. Mia was great at answering my questions and was super friendly too! I cant wait to get started!

I Had Tracking Issues, Trendsi was able to update me on tracking and give me the all the information I needed, they also automatically updated my customers tracking, because I do dropshipping.

I had many questions , and had to get help with everything. May was very helpful explaining everything i needed. She was fast at getting problems fixed . I wasn't sure at first about drop shipping but she was there for every step. Thank You May, Renee Brown

I just started using Trendsi as it look like its a much better option than ali and dsers. Karen has been so helpful in answering all types of questions and helping me understand how everything works on the app. She quickly responds every 5 minutes i have a new question :) I'm really liking how easy it is to add products with the Shopify integration. You barely have to modify anything after it's added which saves me a ton of ton. Great app so far and customer service! Harold was a great help updating an address i needed for a customer order! thanks!

March 4, 2022 I would like to add to my review that if you're lucky enough to have Lee as your customer service rep, you are golden! October 20 2021 I've been using Trendsi for my new clothing business for a few months now. After testing some orders that i shipped to myself, I have to say that I'm quite impressed. My items arrived in a cute pink bag, all items where individually wrapped with a quality sleeve. I also love the fact that a order summary is included in the package. It has my logo printed in color on a very thick paper that indicates quality and care. After that, the clothes. It borderlines perfection. The fabrics are quality made, the sizes are not Asian but US sizes, the fashion styles to choose from are many & the prices are great. I'm impressed so far and I highly recommend Trendsi!

I had just gotten introduced to Trendsi. & I needed help with adding products to my collections. Angelo assisted me right away and knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to fix it.

Harold is simply the best, always helps me solve my problems no matter how complicated. Love working with this vendor, though issues might come up (rarely) they help you resolve it!

Love everything about this app and the customer service never had a prob very quick reply, Harold was very helpful and so are the others.

The people over there at Trendsi, are absolutely amazing! They are so helpful in every area you can think of. I had a few questions about my order and Angelo was so helpful and gave me the answers I needed. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. They even have a Facebook group full of people willing to help as well. Do not hesitate to install this app, you won't be disappointed!

The ap has been great. Their customer service is great and they provide a lot of pictures which helps me set things up easily. I'm a visual person so this helps me get things set up much faster.
