I had such an issue with loading my Sellers Permit onto Trendsi. I couldn't figure out how to make my photo into a PDF file so it would load onto the website. I'm not an expert at computers especially uploading lots of items and Lee was so amazing. She walked me through the entire process and taught me how to merge images into PDF form. I couldn't have done it without her!! Thank you Lee!!

I've been using Trendsi for almost a year and only ran into 1-2 issues as far as inventory but via chat Mia has been very helpful in providing me with updated info on my orders and inventory. Although it does take sometime for it to update to my Shopify inventory; I can honestly say that as a boutique owner my customers haven't had any issues with their clothing or accessories that they've ordered via my website. Thank you again Mia for your help this morning

Let me just say this, Trendsi has been the only Fashion Dropshipping app that includes actual QUALITY clothing at an amazing price and INCLUDES personal pictures and other marketing supplies that can be used for your site! I have never been so impressed by how easy and smooth the website/ app is to use and connect with Shopify. Customer service is also AMAZINGLY FAST and EASY to work with! When I had to make a return, Mia was there within minutes to help and processed the return with no problems. I honestly wouldn't use any other dropshipping platform! Thanks Trendsi!

Would be nice to let people know that every single item is made only for women before allowing you to have access to our store's information and data.

Just wanted to give you guys some feedback ! I shipped a dress from your shop to Australia and it only took 6-7 days to be delivered. I was really impressed that it didn't take that long and thought to let you know. I ordered a sample from my site ! Just for the future of Trendsi because I know you are only delivering to US now, but honestly I don't think Australians would mind that delivery time if they know the product is coming from the US or china. Please sell to Australia again, I would be happy to sell your product here. Thanks.

Lee was very helpful and patient. The app works fine for me so far. I like the auto pay and fulfill option also. Not to mention their products are GORGEOUS. Very wide selection of, you guessed it … trendy styles with a nice selection of pictures. Sizes for all shapes and body types. I would personally wear a lot of the items myself. Shipping seems fast and I don't see many of their products on other sites. It would be nice if they had more shoes, but overall I'm satisfied thus far.

I love Trendsi. Trendsi Luxe makes my business run so much smoother, as I can plan around pre-launch items. New arrivals drop Tuesdays and Thursdays. The customer support is also great. They are always available for a fast response.
