Amazing app and a great customer service!

This app allows you to dramatically decrease customer service by waiving the tracking number delivery (which many customers forget). Simply provide the order number to the customer, and a beautiful page containing the location of the order on a map appears. In addition, in case of purchases from multiple suppliers, it shows a map for each supplier. Therefore, it is a good integration with Oberlo. The service of the support team is also very good.

Working find, easy to integrate, nice look, but it would be a 5 stars apps if: You can track more than 1 tracking number in an order, faster response customer support & have notification to customer for each status update prior to shipment.

Originally we where using Aftership but quickly learned that there product wasn't the hype they said it was so we thought we'd give Tracktor a go and was pleasantly surprised! The page design is more on brand for us in comparison, the app works seamless for orders being shipped by multiple carriers too. So far all carrier updates have worked fine apart from royal Mail but I am aware royal mail made some updates to their website so all tracking apps are having issues with them but I am confident that Tracktor are working on connecting with them again. All in all, we're super happy with how it's working - its a great tool to make your customers lives easier by having a familiar website to go to and also one single website to check on tracking information. It's also a great way to re-engage your customers by bringing them back to your website. Great job guys!

Really useful app! more custom status options would be nice but the quantity available is great. Support are really responsive and quick at getting any problems fixed!

This app has a good concept. However, updating each order - one at a time - is frustrating and time consuming. Status updates don't appear immediately and for orders shipped with UPS, it doesn't work. Removed it from our store. It's easier to answer customer requests than it is to deal with this app.

I can't say enough great things about this app! I had some issues figuring things out and Alan from Tracktor quickly and efficiently took care of everything. I highly recommend this app and I am already very happy.

Are you a store owner who is inundated with the "Where's My Order?" email? Then you NEED this App... Tracktor will save you time, and headaches, because customers can actually check up on their orders by themselves. Now, hours of my week are not spent tracking packages, sending emails, and trying to unruffle the feathers of customers who are anxious about their orders. The customer support for Tracktor is the BEST. Quick, efficient, polite, and they have over-delivered whenever I have messaged them through the chat box associated with the App. No waiting for hours (or days!) for a follow-up email. This app will make your support desk does more important tasks than keep on helping your customers find out when their items are arriving. Also, the support from this app is very prompt and they always check to make sure the app is working and will not hesitate to follow up and follow through until the issue is resolved. So far I have been loving this app. It reduces the amount of emails i would get for a status on their order. Also, customer service was very helpful. There available through chat which is very convenient. If you do not know how to apply something on your page they will do it for you! Totally worth it to me.
