They helped me solved my problem while creating the custom audience based on rr_track tag. I love this app, it gives me more ability to mature my pixel. Amazing app 5 start! I was searching for a way to make sure my pixel fire the right way and also an easy way to use 2 or more pixel on my website as for backup without having to play in code and so on....recommended by friends and now after probably 3 months using it now and I can say that it is the best investment I did for my store to facilitate my life and be able to use my pixel to their full potential I really like the tracking tags option to track my tags specific niche on my website make the best out of that and be able to see the even and how I can retarget Be able to use 2 pixels or more without all the coding that normally I have to go through, Catalogues option and product feeds in Facebook, Audience Manager section easy to see when we are ready to create our first audiences and much more... - An awesome customer service, to be honest, Tomas jump in every time I was in need like today I was having a problem with my custom conversion pixel just because I made a stupid error and he assisted me through the end even with my poor English as second language he finds my error and it was not related about the app but more about me having done an error when creating my CC in my Ad Manager so even with that he jumped in to help me! - I was impressed by the quality of the resources available, I mean when we enter in we have access to many videos to make sure we follow each step - Private FB group where we learn a lot and can share our experience So best app especially for those who would like to avoid all the coding and make the best out of pixels to get data Tomas is a person very passionate for is product and he really takes care of his customer service ....it was told to me by several people before I was I user of the app but now I can testify that it is true.. highly recommended.

HORRIBLE APP DO NOT INSTALL IT. They will charge you even after canceling during the trial period and support is non-existent.

I have tested a lot with apps. But trackify is by far the best app I've ever had. I can really recommend it to anyone and absolutely recommend it. With Trackify, not only will your ROAS explode, but it will teach you so much about your customers. I love Trackify because ... ... I finally found a way to learn from Shopify Traffic, conversions, sales in my facebookreports and never mind again to make facebook advertising. The Trackify-related trainings are super well explained and easy to implement. And if you really should have a question, you can always write to the support. I installed the app and then I unistalled because at the time, I didn't have time to try the app. I unistalled after one day. They say the trial period is 10 days, apparently not. Now I have a charge of 20$ of an app that i didn't even try. I don't recommend installing this app.

Brilliant app especially for those who would like to avoid all the coding involved when manually installing facebook pixel and event pixels! Installed it yesterday and set up all the features without difficulties. Requested support's help installing Trackify into clickfunnels and received tremendous help and lots of great suggestions in regards to some other questions I had. I don't know why others write about bad support quality - I am an absolutely happy customer (got the support I needed immediately after I signed up!!!) and have been looking for solutions Trackify offers for a long time. I thought setting up catalogues and product feeds in facebook was going to be another headache of mine, not anymore - had that all configured in less than 5 minutes, with Trackify! An absolutely honest review here!

Very bad support. Not usefull app. I have mailed then since last 2 days and they are not even reply on it. They provide 10 days support but all are gone in support so can use app.

First off the app just for what it does is amazing. Let alone the value the support team brings, I had a problem with my ad account not firing and they helped me through it and in a matter of 20 minutes my problem was solved. Spectacular app and outstanding service.

If you want to master Facebook advertising install this app now and learn from the creator Thomas Bartke, he will answer all your questions, plus he is constantly releasing training and updates about Facebook ads and Trackify, this will change your business really fast! Best app to harness the power of the Facebook pixel. It installs it, creates custom and lookalike audiences, and much more, plus the support and guidance that Thomas Barke and John Hutchinson give it is priceless... I would not sell on Shopify without this app, it is a must have, this app and the tips made me 50k in just 6 months (in the previous 6 months I have only made 4k). Install it now and go to their Facebook group to start learning, also enroll in their training programs if you can, this is a no brainer!

DO NOT WASTE MONEY AND TIME!!! All "positive" reviews definitely have to be fake. Being as objective as possible: -It only tracks 90% of "View Content" (it misses around 10%). -It does not track "Add to Cart" events 0%. -It does not track "Sales" events 0%. -Customer support is nonexistent, only answered me once. Their answer was a link to watch their training videos. (Not even troubleshooting videos, only set up training videos). I have sent them minimum 5 emails asking for solution but no answer at all. It is not a cheap app. For $20 dollars the developer should at least have respect for their customers and answer to them with a simply "I do not know how to solve the "X" technical issue, here is your money back". DO NOT TRY IT!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Without Trackify I have to admit I would be totally lost, Thomas is a genius and has the best pixel app on the market, hands down. Yes, it's not simple for noobs to understand but neither is Facebook advertising. Once you absorb yourself in the Trackify videos and understand how it works together with Shopify and FB, you will NOT use any other pixel management app. And to those that say they experience poor customer service, have no idea what the heck you're on about as I always get the support I need, and pronto. Highly recommend ths app to all Shopify store owners.

Every store using Facebook Ads needs Trackify. Even if you are just starting. It is a very versatile tool and collects a ton of useful data to help expand and scale sales for your site in ways that can't be done without this app. It will save you a lot of time and benefit your tracking abilities. The support is awesome, and I have also learned a lot more through their videos and webinars.

Support is terrible. They just tell you to watch their videos no actual one on one help. It appears that their phone number is not even their's as VM mentions Christmas orders.

Amazing, worth every penny, I got the top plan, and I'm extremely happy with it. I had both the $5 pixel app, and pixel perfect, none of them compare to this - there's a reason this is more expensive, and it's worth it 100%. Customer service has been by FAR the best out of any app, simply WOW. Thank's Tom! He responded within seconds, and was there to help along the way to resolve all my concerns and answer any questions I had. A+++ Anyone with a decent amount of sales should have this app.
